Pam has a degree in Human Performance, Sports and Leisure/Kinesiology from Metropolitan State College of Denver. She has over 23 years of Personal Training and Fitness Instruction experience. She has worked with all age groups and all fitness levels, and creates personalized programs to fit the individuals fitness needs. Her current expertise lies in but is not limited to: Overall Strength, Cardiovascular, Weight Loss, HeartRate, Pre and Post Pregnancy, Sports Specific, Core, Posture and Balance Training, and Senior Fitness.

Pam is an avid outdoors enthusiast, which includes hiking, cycling and golf. However, she can often be found working in her garden and attempting to perfect her culinary skills.  She is also an animal lover and currently lives with 4 furry children (1 dog and 3 cats).  She has a degree in Fine Arts as well as her degree in Kinesiology.
