David EnderleEveryone is made to move!  We’re all provided a body, enabling us to get around and perform tasks in our every day lives. It is up to all of us to take care of our bodies, making movement as easy and pain free as possible.

I have been a trainer for over 15 years.  I am focused on working with mature adults with a variety of needs, including, osteoporosis/osteopenia concerns, knee replacement, sciatic problems, low-back problems, building overall strength, losing weight, improving posture, increasing stamina, and improving balance.

The benefits of physical activity are solidly proven and well documented, but many of us need some extra motivation to get moving.

That’s where I come in.  Find that motivation with my programs, designed to offer you support and encouragement. I am going to help you achieve success by planning and implementing a workout program sculpted around your needs, desires and goals.

It is truly remarkable how exercising a few times per week, over time, can actually help reverse many common ailments and prevent new ones from popping up.
