My training objective is to help clients increase understanding of the importance of strength training; improve self-esteem of adults through the promotion of general exercise; and, educate adults regarding appropriate dietary adjustments in order to improve health and well-being. I am an author (“Commercial Break:The Complete Couch Potato’s Guide to Fitness” and “The Commercial Break Workout: Trim and Tone Two Minutes at a Time” [Random House], fitness writer (Denver Post 2001-2010; Lancaster, PA Newspapers 2005-present; Bay Area News Group 2004-2008), and former body builder (1985-1990) with Colorado State and Rocky Mountain Region titles.
