After closing her own gym, Noelle was happy to join the professional team at Form. Form provides the ideal space for her to create exercises to meet the varying needs of clients. Her programming engages 3 dimensional movement with every workout so clients are prepared for the activities of their lives.

Noelle’s clients range from those coming back from injury, with weight loss goals, & who want to look and feel better. Her process begins with movement assessment, then corrective exercises to be sure a client’s body is moving well, then she can add intensity for an optimal result.

Outside of the gym Noelle enjoys an active lifestyle – running hiking, cycling, skiing, and snowshoeing. Dog rescue/fostering has become a passion. You may see her cruising around town on her bike, between appointments or on errands, or walking 2+ dogs. Noelle loves seeing the world from trails, so far in Washington State, Switzerland, Italy, England, Ireland, and Peru.
