Sara Johnson has been an ACE Certified Personal Trainer since 1997. She believes physical fitness has a profound effect on overall health and well-being. Added strength, cardiovascular fitness and flexibility adds to the enjoyment of life…athlete or not. She honestly loves the work she gets to do and is grateful for every client she’s had the privilege to train and guide through the often confusing maze of exercise and diet. If your goal is to lose some fat, gain some muscle and/or feel better during your day-to-day routine or athletic pursuits, she welcomes the chance to help you reach and maintain your health and fitness goals.
Sara is an avid mountain biker, yogi, cyclist, gardener, fly-fisher, alpine and cross-country skier.
