I have a BA degree in Human Performance, Sport and Leisure studies from Metropolitan State College of Denver and am an ACSM Certified Exercise Physiologist.
I have been a personal trainer for 15 years and I strongly believe that an active body is a happy body. There’s no shortage of information stating the importance of physical activity for helping to manage weight, prevent disease and improve fitness. But knowing it’s good for you and actually doing it, what with LIFE getting in the way, are two different things! Nevertheless, we all have the same 24 hours in the day to fit in what is important to us and, if being stronger and fitter and more able to enjoy your life are important to you, I can help. My greatest strength lies in being creative and innovative while adapting the workout to your needs and limitations. By incorporating a variety of training techniques my goal is to make your workouts FUN as well as challenging, while improving confidence, functionality, health and fitness.
