Kathryn, a professional in the field of exercise science for thirteen years, offers an exercise program with nutritional guidance designed to achieve muscle toning and loss of body fat.

A complimentary health consultation is conducted prior to exercising.  The health consult reviews past and current physical activity, nutrition and sleep habits, and potential health risks (previous injuries, risk factors for heart disease, etc.). Short and long-term goals are discussed and a plan integrating strength, cardiovascular and flexibility training is developed.
